• Student and Guests Terms and Conditions
1• All monies and cheques must be paid in GBP (Sterling). You must also pay any bank charges incurred. If not paid, these will be added to your final total.
2• Bookings made, giving only a few days notice for accommodation, cannot be guaranteed until accommodation requested is available. If unavailable, you will then be provided with alternative accommodation.
3• Full fees will need to be paid and proof of payment before the address of your accommodation will be given. Concerning visa refusals, seven days notice will need to be given along with the original copy of the visa refusal letter from the Embassy and sent within two weeks of the visa refusal date to Perfect Host Homestay Ltd.
4 All outstanding monies must be paid two weeks before arrival to the accommodation.
5• EARLY DEPARTURE FOR VISA DEPENDENT STUDENTS/GUESTS.
All reservations accepted will forfeit money paid for the first twelve weeks if you fail to arrive at the chosen accommodation.
If you decide to leave the accommodation within the first twelve weeks, you will also forfeit money paid. All departures made after this period will require two weeks notice to Perfect Host Homestay Ltd ONLY.
6• All reservations non-visa dependent must give two weeks notice if departing early. Failure to do so will incur a two-week cancellation fee. The two weeks notice must be given to Perfect Host Homestay Ltd. ONLY.
7• Reasonable behaviour is expected at all times during your stay in our homestay. Perfect Host Homestay Ltd. reserve the right to remove any guest whose conduct is unsatisfactory.
8• All payments for transfers must be paid two weeks before your arrival date.
9• Students/guests must not pay hosts or third parties directly as they will not accept any payments.
10• Perfect Host Homestay Ltd. must be informed if any student/guest wishes to extend their accommodation. If your flight has been cancelled, overbooked or delayed at the last moment please get in touch with us as soon as possible we will TRY to re-arrange your transfer.
11• No smoking will be permitted in any of our homestays.
12• You are not allowed to invite any guests into the homestay accommodation without prior permission from the host and no overnight guest(s) are premitted.
13• You are not permitted to open bank accounts using your homestay address without written consent from the host.
14• Students/Guests are entirely responsible to adhering to the most current UK Government Guidelines and Rules in relation to Covid-19. They must ensure they are knowledgeable of the specific rules and regulation set in relation to where they are travelling from and provide proof to PHH of their Vaccination Status, results of Covid-19 testing and any documentation required for travel.
AN ADMINISTRATION CHARGE WILL BE PAYABLE FOR ALL REFUNDS.
IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE ACCOMMODATION OR IT DOES NOT MEET WITH YOUR REQUIREMENTS, DO NOT MOVE OUT AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED TWO WEEKS CANCELLATION FEE.
