• Would you like to host an international student/guest in your home?
If you have a spare room available that you would let out on a weekly basis, there are a number of benefits to becoming a host for international students/guests:
• Safety knowing that you are working with a company that has been established for many years and works with your best interest in mind
• An opportunity to share your family traditions / cultures and learn other traditions and cultures
• Payments made on a weekly basis
• Flexibility of having short / long term guests
• Receiving a sense of helping someone improve on a life skill as well as helping another in a new country
International students/guests benefit from having a safe, comfortable and friendly environment to stay while in London for either study, work placements or seeing the sights.
• Hosts should have the following to ensure each stay is enjoyable for both parties:
• Single / Double / Twin beds
• Bed linen and towels to be changed weekly and room cleaned weekly
• A desk, chair and lamp
• Storage for clothing
• Suitable heating and lighting
• Washing: one wash load of dark items and one wash load of light items per week
• Access to the shower daily
• Emergency contact numbers of host(s)
Perfect Host Homestay Ltd. work with both host and guests to ensure that the experience of each stay is of a high quality. We visit hosts initially with all paperwork you will need to become a host including information packs for you to keep
We are always here to talk through any questions and like to provide a one to one service. We shall visit you each year and appreciate as much feedback as possible on guests you have had staying with you and on the service we provide you with.
