All money and cheques must be paid for in GBP (Sterling). You must also
pay any bank charges incurred. If not paid these would have to be added
to the final total.
HOST FAMILY ACCOMMODATION
An accommodation deposit of £60.00 and the £40 booking fee
is payable in advance towards your first week accommodation fees. If you
have given less than three weeks notice of your arrival then you would
have to pay the invoice in full. Address of your homestay will not be
given until the deposits are cleared with the bank. Deposits are not refundable
or transferable on cancellation unless seven days notice is given and
the original copy of the visa refusal letter from the embassy must be
sent within two weeks of visa refusal date to Perfect Hosts.
All out-standing money must be paid two weeks before arrival to the accommodation.
Address of your homestay will not be given until payment or proof
of payment are cleared with the
bank and the original copy of the visa refusal letter from the embassy
must be sent within two weeks
of the visa refusal to Perfect Host Homestay Ltd. Once payment has
been made 7 days notice
must be given for cancellation to be refunded excluding Booking fee
of £50.00
EARLY DEPARTURE
All reservations accepted will forfeit money paid for the first twelve
weeks if you fail to arrive at the homestay.
If you decide to leave the host family within the first twelve weeks
you shall also forfeit money paid.
All departures made after this period will require two weeks notice to
Perfect Host Homestay Ltd and not the family.
Reasonable behaviour is expected at all times during your stay with the
host family accommodation. Perfect Host Homestay Ltd reserves the right
to remove any guest whose conduct is unsatisfactory.
Students must not try to pay the families directly as the families will
not accept any payments.
PERFECT HOST HOMESTAY LTD. MUST BE INFORMED IF ANY STUDENTS WISH TO
EXTEND THEIR HOME STAY ACCOMODATION. IF YOUR FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED,
OVER BOOKED OR DELAYED AT THE LAST MOMENT PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH PERFECT
HOSTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, WE WILL TRY TO RE-ARRANGE THE TRANSFER,
AN ADMINISTRATION CHARGE WILL BE PAYABLE FOR ALL REFUNDS. IF YOU ARE
UNHAPPY WITH THE FAMILY ACCOMMODATION OR IT DOES NOT MEET WITH YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
DO NOT MOVE OUT; CONTACT PERFECT HOST HOMESTAY LTD, WE WILL OFFER YOU
AN ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION. |
